Federal court indicts 22 Colquitt Countians

MOULTRIE, Ga. — Area residents make up 22 of 34 people indicted last month on federal charges related to what prosecutors described as a methamphetamine distribution ring.
The 27-count indictment returned on April 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia includes conspiracy charges against all 34 defendants, weapons charges, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute in proximity to elementary schools and housing projects, and distribution of the drug.
Drug agents with the Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office, as well as state and federal officials, rounded up some 16 of the suspects are from south Georgia on April 25.
Those under indictment as identified by the sheriff’s Drug Enforcement Team are:
Boris Fuller, also known as “B” or “Mr. B”; Robert Aldridge; Ismel Kendrick, AKA “Big”; Shundrez Fuller, AKA “Drez”; Sharon Blackwell; Rodney Morris, AKA “Nook” and “Django”; Michael Dampier, AKA “Mike D”; Stephanie McMurphy; Artavious Williams, AKA “Teavis”; Leroy Valdez; Melissa Williams, AKA Melissa Valdez or “Meli”; Krystal Parrish, AKA “KK” and “the Lake”; Cedric Butts, AKA “Ceedy B”; Shatara Wilson, AKA “Shay”; Shaquese McIntyre, AKA “Shadrach” and “Shyrack”; Cambrick “Cam” Taylor; Brenda Trimble, AKA “Triple Threat”; Derrick Wright, AKA “Danger”; Heather Crawford; Michael Stamper, AKA “Shag”; Leroy Haynes and Avery Norman.
All 22 are named in the first count of the indictment: conspiracy to posses with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The indictment accuses them and 12 others of conspiring beginning some time before Oct. 1, 2014, and continuing through April 1 of conspiring to possess more than 50 grams of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute the substance.
Also charged with that count were: Marcus Andrews, Michael Kulkas, Jamie Lowery, Christin “Christi” Johnson, Chris Tsikuris, Samuel Butler, Rebecca Lawrence, Tristan Martin, Walker “Walt” Treanor, Devin Dorminey and Everardo Perales.
At least some of those who were not from the Colquitt County area were from Atlanta.

• Melissa Williams; counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug-trafficking crime.
• Boris Fuller; counts of possession with intent to distribute/distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school by use of a juvenile and distribution of methamphetamine.
• Boris Fuller and Rodney Morris; distribution of methamphetamine.
• Leroy Valdez and Artavious Williams; distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a housing project.
• Boris Fuller and Michael Dampier; two counts each distribution of methamphetamine.
• Boris Fuller and Stephanie McMurphy; three counts each distribution of methamphetamine.
• Michael Stamper; possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
• Leroy Valdez; distribution of methamphetamine.
• Boris Fuller and Brenda Trimble; distribution of methamphetamine.
• Michael Dampier; distribution of methamphetamine.
• Michael Dampier and Everardo Perales; possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
• Artavious Williams and Derrick Wright; possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
• Melissa Williams and Devin Dorminey; two counts each possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and one count each possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug-trafficking crime.
• Shaquese McIntyre and Shundrez Fuller; one count each possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug-trafficking crime.
• Heather Crawford; possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
• Krystal Parrish; possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
• Michael Dampier and Stephanie McMurphy; possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
