VALDOSTA — Wiregrass Georgia Technical College will offer a forklift operator safety course, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, at the Valdosta Campus, 4089 Val Tech Road.

The training will provide forklift operators with the necessary components to satisfy OSHA requirements. A course completion certificate and a three-year certification card will be issued after the course, according to a Wiregrass press release.

Pre-registration is required. The deadline to pre-register for the course is Tuesday, Oct. 10. The registration fee is $100 per person.
