“Serv was built to give access to same-day delivery of groceries, supplies and local fast-food restaurants,” Brown said. “We want our customers to forget about the long checkout lines, congested fast-food drive-thrus and restaurant wait times – we’ve got you covered.”

The application, Brown said, will deploy the customer’s personal “SERVant” to gather items, deliver the goods and keep the customer notified every step of the way.

Brown said he looks forward to working with dozens of small businesses, major retailers and markets throughout the Southeast.

“Time is the most valuable asset we possess, and at Serv, we believe in assisting our members with preserving that asset,” Brown said.

Brown created Serv to stay consistent with customer purchasing trends in today’s marketplace.

“The Serv application will enable partnering stores to create a means for the delivery of their items,” Brown said.

Brown said he is excited to launch Serv in the Valdosta area to assist people who struggle with shopping.

“We developed this solution with the elderly, disabled and large families in mind to improve their shopping experience,” Brown said.

Businesses will receive exposure within the Serv application, allowing brand awareness, sales and customer funnels to increase.

According to research done during the making of the Serv application, studies show one in seven Americans struggle with hunger on a daily basis.

“We believe in giving back and what better place to start than with America,” Brown said. “We’ve aligned our mission to Help Feed America and we will donate to that cause.”

Serv is dedicated to becoming an industry leader for application-based delivery technology in the following ways:

• Training independent contractors continuously to ensure efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction remains at optimum levels.

• Conducting ongoing market research to enhance the customer user experience relative to Serv’s competition.

• Updating and improving the application when applicable to retain and expand the user base.

• Implementing feedback from users/customers to enhance the shopping experience within the application.

“By utilizing a multiple-order feature, the Serv app enables you to do more valuable things with your time,” Brown said.

The SERV application will be launching in Valdosta soon to save the community trips to various retailers/restaurants.
