“This grassroots team leading our campaign in Lowndes County brings even more momentum to our campaign as more and more Georgians across the state come on-board to support our conservative vision for a better Georgia,” Cagle said in a statement this week.

“Their leadership will help build our grassroots network in this county and throughout the region, which is critical for sharing our conservative message. I am humbled by their support and excited to work closely with them as we tackle tough issues and create new opportunities for Lowndes County.”

“Casey has always led according to his conservative principles and I am proud to support his bid for governor,” Phelps said. “He knows Lowndes County and he knows how to lead to get results for hard-working Georgians. I am especially proud to support his vision on workforce development, job creation and tax cuts for every single Georgian.”

Cagle is pledging a tax cut for all Georgia taxpayers passed in his first 100 days, a comprehensive 10-year infrastructure plan and an economic plan that will create 500,000 new jobs in his first term, according to a statement released by the Cagle campaign. He has also made workforce development a top priority and will continue to lead on developing a world-class education system in the state of Georgia.
