DASHER – In preparation for Mother’s Day, Lisa Hale’s first-grade class at Georgia Christian School wrote letters home to their mothers. 

Many of them shared their favorite things about their moms, what they appreciate the most about their mothers and how they most like to spend time together with them, according to school officials.  

As a special treat for Mother’s Day, each student made an original artwork flower made of tissue-paper to give their mom on the special day.
