Also headed west on Winderweedle St., in between Ohio Ave. and Houston Ave., was a Chevrolet pickup driven by 18-year-old Carlton D. Hall Jr., of Live Oak.

According to the FHP report, as McFadden moved into the left lane to pass Hall, Hall began a left-hand turn onto Broome Ave. NW, colliding into the patrol car.

MacFadden sustained minor injuries and was transported to Shands Live Oak Regional Medical Center.

Also taken to Shands Live Oak with minor injuries were Hall and his two passengers, 17-year-old Khamrin Cooley and 19-year-old Koreigh White.

Hall was charged with failure to yield right of way.

MacFadden was responding to a head-on collision on Irvin Ave. SW at the time.

According to an LOPD report, 43-year-old Keith Richard Harris, of Jasper, was traveling south near the Evergreen Ave. SW intersection by the Live Oak Church of Christ at 1:22 p.m. when his truck veered into the northbound lane in front of Leonel Richard, of Belle Glade, causing the head-on collision.

Harris’ 2016 Chevrolet Silverado overturned several times before stopping on the east side of Irvin Ave., facing west, according to the report.

Harris was examined by Suwannee County Fire Rescue personnel but refused transport to a medical facility.

He was charged with careless driving.

Richard, 26, and passenger Wisbert Alcenat, 31 and from Belle Glade, were both transported to Shands Live Oak for their injuries.
