The Fourth of July is quickly approaching, and with it being in the middle of the week, that week is often known as “dead week” for high school athletes.
Dead week is a time where players are encouraging to take time off and go on vacations, where they are not required to be at mandatory workouts and more importantly, are not allowed to talk to any media members.

Nevertheless, there are a few recruits that have narrowed down their top choices, with Georgia being in the mix with several players.
Here is a look at some more targets for Georgia’s 2019 recruiting class, which currently sits at No. 11 in the country.
Makiya Tongue, four-star athlete, University Lab High School (Baton Rouge, Louisiana)-
Tongue is the son for former Oregon State and NFL safety Reggie Tongue. He plays for University Lab in Baton Rouge, Lousiana, and plays outside linebacker and wide reciever, thus giving him the “athlete” tag, for playing multiple positions.
He took a visit to Georgia on June 14, and recently named Georgia as one of his top three schools, along with Arizona State and Texas. He is No. 14 athlete in the country at 6-foot-2 210 pounds. On the offensive side, he plays receiver and is being recruited by Georgia receivers coach Cortez Hankton and quarterbacks coach James Coley. He also plays outside linebacker, but it seems like Georgia is targeting him at the receiver position.
