VALDOSTA — Valdosta Daily Times’ offices will be closed on Wednesday, Oct. 10 due to predicted inclement weather.

Delivery may be delayed for printed Thursday editions pending weather conditions. Drivers will begin to deliver papers as soon as it is safe to do so.   

The Times will not publish obituaries in the Thursday print edition. Obituaries submitted Wednesday will publish online Thursday and in print Friday. Anyone needing more information on obituary submissions can contact their local funeral home. 

Times’ news staff will be posting local stories and alerts throughout the day at www.valdostadailytimes.com. 

The Times will also be offering a LiveBlog for immediate updates from local, regional and national weather services at www.valdostadailytimes.com/news/hurricaneseason.
