Lord receives Ginger Selph Award

JASPER — The Hamilton County Fair Events Day was held Thursday, Oct. 4, at the Hamilton County Arena in Jasper.
Events included the Swine Exhibit, the Horse Show, the 4-H Dog Show, the Pee Wee Pig Scramble and the 4-H/FFA Pig Scramble.
Dustin Lord II was the 2018 recipient of the Ginger Selph Award. Dustin is the son of Dustin and Hannah Lord.
The Ginger Selph Award honors the memory of Ginger Selph, who was an enthusiastic participant in all events during the early years of Events Day.
This award is given to the Hamilton County youth earning the most points during the Hamilton County Fair Events Day.
The 2018 Hamilton County Fair Swine Show winners are: Abbie Williams (Grand Champion), Addison Elliott (Reserve Champion), Jordan Chauncey (Junior Record Book), Aubrey Reppert(Junior Record Book Runner-up), Kimberly Lindblade (Junior Record Book Third Place), Timothy Warfel (Senior Record Book), Ragan Chauncey (Senior Record Book Runner-up), Autumn Howell (Senior Record Book Third Place), Aubrey Reppert (Junior Showmanship), Lacey Hermanson (Junior Showmanship Runner-up), Olivia Hermanson (Junior Showmanship Third Place), Christian Rodriduez (Senior Showmanship), Ethan Chancey (Senior Showmanship Runner-up) and Christopher Chancey (Senior Showmanship Third Place).
