Over 500 guests attended the Options Now 28th annual fundraising dinner, March 26, at the James H. Rainwater Conference Center.

Since, 1991, Options Now has provided free pregnancy services to 10,000 women, celebrating the birth of over 5,000 babies – 2,500 whose mom was abortion vulnerable.

We wish to thank our donors, sponsors, volunteers and employees who contributed so generously toward this fundraising event. Our hearts are overwhelmed by the support from the Valdosta-area community.

We send a special thank you to our speaker, Ryan Bomberger, the founder of the Radiance Foundation. His passionate support of adoption, and the rights of both women and the unborn are very relevant.

Bomberger, an African American male whose mother became pregnant as a result of rape, was adopted by white parents, eloquently explained how there are no “unwanted” children and described the many ways abortion has harmed not only the black community but others as well.

A former patient’s video testimony was shown. Millie explained that prior to visiting Options Now, she planned to abort her unborn child; however, upon learning more about her options, seeing her unborn child during the ultrasound, and experiencing genuine care from the Options Now patient advocate, she decided to carry and parent her child.

Millie shared that she is very glad to have chosen life for her son, Isaac.

Over $250,000 in pledges and financial gifts; thank you to all who gave so generously. These financial contributions make it possible to offer our services free of charge to the community.

These services include pregnancy testing, limited obstetrical ultrasound, STI testing, parenting education and sexual risk avoidance training. Expansion plans include more STI testing and increased ministry to fathers.
