VALDOSTA – The 9th Annual Skillet Festival has been cancelled due to inclement weather, organizers announced Friday morning. 

The event was scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 19, at the Brooks County Courthouse lawn.

Katheryn Patrick, executive director of the Quitman-Brooks County Chamber of Commerce, confirmed there are no plans for rescheduling at the moment.
