A wave of thunderstorms moving through South Georgia has brought a minor power outage to Lowndes County.

Georgia Power reports that as of 6:16 p.m., an outage in Valdosta has left half a dozen customers without power.

Colquitt EMC has not reported any outages in Lowndes County yet, though outages appeared widespread in Cook, Tift and Berrien counties.
