Lowndes volleyball defeats Lee County 3-1

VALDOSTA – The Lowndes High volleyball team defeated Lee County 3-1 Tuesday night.
The Vikings (3-0) dropped the first game 25-20 before returning the favor with a 25-20 win in Game 2. In a critical Game 3, the Vikings dominated with a 25-14 decision and closed out the Trojans with a 25-21 win in the fourth game.
Lowndes travels to Tifton Thursday for a matchup against former region rival Tift County at 5:30 p.m.
