VALDOSTA – With the start of the regular season around the corner, the Valdosta High volleyball team held its annual fundraiser Tuesday evening.

The fundraiser held at Surcheros located at 3209 N. Oak Street was a success as the team managed to double its money raised last year.

According to head coach Anna McCall, the team raised nearly $1,400 Tuesday – up from the $700 the team raised last year.
