VALDOSTA — Lowndes and Valdosta enter the Class 7A volleyball playoffs Wednesday, which sees the two teams traveling in very different directions.

Lowndes, the No. 2 seed out of Region 1-7A, will be home against Parkview, the No. 3 from Region 4. Fourth-seed Valdosta will play at Region 4 champion Grayson.

Volleyball is set for 6 p.m. at the LHS gymnasium. Tickets are $8 and can be purchased via GoFan or cash only at the door.

The Vikettes are 16-16 for the season, having finished second to Richmond Hill in the 1-7A tournament Oct. 7. Colquitt County finished third. Valdosta is 14-20 for 2023.
