City of Valdosta hosts annual legislative luncheon

VALDOSTA — The City of Valdosta hosted its Annual Legislative Luncheon on Dec. 20, bringing together key stakeholders to discuss strategic goals and legislative updates crucial for the local community. The luncheon served as a platform for meaningful conversations, fostering collaboration among attendees, including the mayor and council members, Georgia Municipal Association Executive Director Larry Hanson, city leadership, and John Crawford of Coleman Tally Strategies, LLC.
The gathering provided a unique opportunity for participants to engage in dialogue and exchange insights on pressing matters that impact the City of Valdosta and its residents, the city said in a press release. The presence of Hanson, of the Georgia Municipal Association, added a valuable perspective to the discussions, emphasizing the importance of effective collaboration between municipalities and state-level entities.
