No one injured in house fire

VALDOSTA — No one was injured when a house in Valdosta burned Saturday.
Around 2:05 a.m., firefighters headed to a blaze at 812 Vallotton Drive, a statement from the Valdosta Fire Department said.

Firefighters found the house “heavily involved” in fire.
The occupant was not at home at the time, the fire department stated; he is receiving aid from the Red Cross.
Fire department investigators are probing the blaze with help from the state fire marshal’s office.
The Valdosta Police Department and EMTs assisted on scene.
