Scruggs Concrete Company is announcing promotions at their Valdosta location.

Justin Womack has been promoted to the office of president of the company.  Womack is originally from the Ocilla area and graduated from The University of Georgia.  He is the son of the late Roger Womack and Lavonda Womack.  He is married to Meghan and they have three boys, Griffin, Harrison and Brooke. 

Layton Dees has been promoted to the office of vice president of the company.  Dees is from the Valdosta area and graduated from Valdosta State University.  He is the son of Kelly and Diana Dees.  He is married to Robin and they have one daughter, Gentry. 

Scruggs Concrete is a major supplier of concrete, block and building materials throughout South Georgia and North Florida.
