QUITMAN — Investigators want the public’s help in solving a 2021 death case in Brooks County.

Lynn Leroy Brown, 56, of Quitman was found Sept. 23, 2021, near the intersection of West Crawford Street and South Warren Street in Quitman, a Georgia Bureau of Investigation statement said. He had been shot to death, the GBI said.

He was last seen alive Sept. 22, 2021. He was a longtime Quitman resident known to ride a bicycle or lawnmower around town, the GBI said.
