This year 2024 is coming to an end. As we prepare for Christmas and the New Year and other celebrations, we must pause to give thanks for all of our many blessings we have received. 

Let us continue to spread love, joy and peace throughout the year not just during the Christmas season. Let us never forget it was the birth of Jesus Christ that is the real reason for the season. For without His birth, there would be no season. 

When we look back on the year 2024, it may not have been the best for many people and the country, but we are all still here and blessed. 

As we celebrate the season, let us remember everyone, the less fortunate, our armed forces, our country and our world.
