In honor of President Jimmy Carter, who died Dec. 29, Boy Scouts of America Troop 2020 lowered the flag at the Lowndes County Historical Society andMuseum.

Scouts Jillynn Barters, Randa Gladwin, Josephine Johnson, and Amelia Miller performed the ceremony.
