ATLANTA – All Georgia Disaster Recovery Centers will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 9,  in accordance with the National Day of Mourning for James Earl Carter, the 39th President of the United States. 

During these closures, you can still apply or check your application status on DisasterAssistance.gov. 

Normal operations for centers will resume on Friday, Jan. 10. Survivors may visit any one of FEMA’s Disaster Recovery Centers throughout the state to apply for assistance. To find center locations and hours, visit FEMA’s DRC Locator or text “DRC” and your zip code to 43362.
