Valdosta announces opening of block grant applications

VALDOSTA — Applications for the 2025 Community Development Block Grant program are now open. The application deadline is Wednesday, April 30.

Anetra Riley, neighborhood development and community protection manager, said: “The CDBG program represents our commitment to empowering residents and improving our community through thoughtful investments. We encourage eligible applicants to take advantage of this opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their neighborhoods. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way.”
