City of Valdosta residents can expect temporary changes to the customer service operating hours and parking availability in preparation for the third annual Bluesberry Festival.

The customer service parking is closing at 6 p.m., Wednesday, April 9 to accommodate festival preparations. The parking lot will reopen at 8 a.m., Sunday, April 9. 

Physical notices will be placed on parked vehicles Monday, April 7, throughout the day to notify visitors of the upcoming closures.

On Thursday, April 10, the city’s customer service lobby closes at 2 p.m., while the drive-thru remains open until 4:30 p.m.

On Friday, April 11, the customer service lobby is closed all day, while the drive-thru operates from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Residents are encouraged to plan accordingly and make use of online payment options during this time.
