The Berrien County Housing Resource Fair will be held from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, April 12 at Carrie Dorsey Perry Memorial Library, 315 W. Marion Ave., Nashville. 

The Housing Resource Fair is an opportunity to: 

• Explore affordable housing options and rental assistance programs
• Meet with representatives from local housing organizations, landlords and property managers
• Gain access to resources for individuals and families
• Learn about community partners that will provide educational funding resources to attendees

Available assistance and opportunities include: 

• Homeownership programs
• Rental assistance
• Loans 
• Health care services

Participating agencies include the American Red Cross, Health Education and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
