The board of directors meeting of South Georgia Medical Center Inc., which does  business as SGMC Health, is set for 8 a.m. Wednesday, April 16.

The SGMC Health Compliance Committee meets immediately after the board of directors.

Both meetings are being held at SGMC Health Berrien Campus, Administrative Building, 1221 E. McPherson Avenue, Nashville, Georgia 31639.
