Viking catcher Noah Burnham signs to Belmont University

Noah Burnham is the latest Viking talent to play at the next level.

VALDOSTA — Lowndes High School’s Performing Arts Center was filled with support and pride last Monday as family, friends, teammates, and coaches gathered to celebrate a major milestone for senior catcher Noah Burnham. 

Surrounded by his loved ones, Burnham officially signed his letter of intent to play at Belmont University. A staple behind the plate for the Vikings, Burnham has proved himself on the diamond, earning acknowledgment for his strong defensive skills. 

The Belmont Bruins are a Division I program located in Nashville, Tennessee, that competes in the Missouri Valley Conference. The team is known for developing well-rounded student-athletes. With this exciting development on the horizon, Burnham now looks to finish the season strong as the team pushes further and further into the state playoffs.
