Rowan Lawson, a senior at Georgia Christian School, has achieved a milestone in his athletic career at Georgia Christian School. In the recent GIAA Region track meet on Wednesday, April 16, at Hugh Mills Stadium in Albany, Lawson won first place in discus and shot put, making him a three-time region champion this year. He previously won a region championship in wrestling earlier this school year. Lawson will go on to compete at the state track meet at Strong Rock Christian on May 1. He is coached by Georgia Christian Athletic Director Drew Copeland and Coach Ryndee Root.
