Local candidates wait their turn for the podium to address those that attended the Last Word political rally Thursday night, sponsored by the Suwannee Democrat.

More than 200 people gathered in the auditorium at Suwannee High School Thursday night to hear candidates speak at the Suwannee Democrat sponsored Last Word political rally. Most local candidates spoke, as well as judges, state attorney and congress.

Each candidate was given three minutes to tell those in attendance why they felt they were the better candidate.
