Acting on a tip from a confidential source, agents of the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the Suwannee County Drug Task Force conducted an undercover operation that resulted in the arrest of two Taylor County residents on March 28.
Arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell were Robert Williams, 20, and Jolanda Harris, 20, both of Perry.
Harris bonded out on $25,000 bond. Williams remains in the Lafayette County Jail.
Sgt. Brian Lamb said the K-9 team from MCI also assisted in the operation.
