Veterans Day service is Nov. 11 at Lafayette Courthouse

A Veterans Day memorial service will be held on Monday, Nov. 11, on the Lafayette County Courthouse lawn beginning at 11 a.m.

According to Veterans Service Officer Carlton Black a new wreath will be placed on the memorial. The public is invited to attend.

After the service, members of the American Legion will be presenting Veterans Day programs at Oakridge Assisted Living Facility and Lafayette Health Care Center.
