VALDOSTA — Graham Fiveash, of Graham Fiveash Real Estate, was named Realtor of the Year at the annual Valdosta Board of Realtors luncheon Thursday.

Members of the Valdosta Board of Realtors select the Realtor of the Year based on Realtor spirit, civic activity, business accomplishments and Board activity, business accomplishments, and many other qualities.

Fiveash, 2004 president of the Board, was presented the award by 2005 president Jimmy Sublett.

“I am a little overwhelmed by all this,” Fiveash said. “I appreciate this and want to give a heartfelt thank you to all of the people who have prayed with me, worked with me and stood by me.”

Sublett, of Jimmy Sublett Realty, was named President’s Choice. The award, given to the member who exemplifies dedication, hard work and commitment to the Valdosta Board of Realtors, was presented by Fiveash.

Sylvia Hutton, of Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate, won Realtor Spirit. This award is given to the person who is seen as fair, good, respected and who best represents the “ideal Realtor.” Hutton was selected by members of the Valdosta Board of Realtors.

Tony Barker, of Barker Realty and Auction Company, was awarded residential top producer. Nicky Balanis, of The Herndon Company, was awarded commercial top producer, and Angelia Joyner and Clint Joyner, of ERA Joyner Realty, were named team top producers.

The luncheon also announced the members of the Pinnacle Club, whose members have an accumulative total of $4 million in sales, the Grand Master’s Club, whose members have an accumulative total of $3 million in sales, the Master’s Club, whose members have an accumulative total of $2 million in sales, and the President’s Club, whose members have an accumulative total of $1 million in sales.
