VALDOSTA — The Valdosta-Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce ambassadors joined Three Oaks Apartments as this week’s Leading Business.
Three Oaks is a part of DEI Communities, a nationwide apartment and rental company based in Omaha, Neb.
The success of Three Oaks reflects founder Jack Haley’s values: work ethic, principles, and experience.
Manager Angel Brown said the business is customer driven and resident focused.
“We take personal accountability to and for our residents to create relationships of trust,” said Brown. “Operating with integrity isn’t optional; it’s one of our core values.”
Three Oaks Apartments not only shows its commitment to residential community but also to the Valdosta community.
At the suggestion of its groundskeeper, David Fuller, the business began a partnership with Habitat For Humanity.
Each month, the business donates more than 30 items to help local families in need.
These items include appliances, ceiling fans, light kits, and various other useful home items.
“Our green initiative shows DEI’s commitment to enhancing our host community, while taking care of our private community,” said Brown.
Three Oaks Apartments attributes some of its success to its membership with the Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber.
“Being a chamber member puts our city’s ‘stamp of approval’ on our residential community,” said Brown. “We see a benefit through our partnership with qualified traffic and leases.”
This year, Three Oaks has received more than 21,000 views through its chamber member website.
Three Oaks Apartments has been a member of the chamber for more than 40 years.
“Their influence has secured referrals and recommendations that have led to quality residents,” said Brown.
