Jerri Lynn Veal and Randall David Cooper, Sr. announce their engagement.

A private ceremony will be held Friday, March 13, 2015.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Jerry and Helen Veal of Norman Park, Ga., and the late Dianne Terry Cooper. She is the granddaughter of Winnie Dorsey of Norman Park, Ga., and the late Tolbert Dorsey, the late Alton and Betty Terry and the late C.D. and Rusia Veal. She is employed by McDonald’s as a Manager.

The future groom is the son of Carolyn Cooper of Ray City and  Gus Perez of Ty Ty. He is the grandson of the late James Julian and  Maudine Rugg Cooper and Ramona Perez of TyTy. He is employed by South Georgia Media Group as a  Printer.
