Bernice Baker, 88, Live Oak, Fla., passed away on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015. The Segal, Ky. native moved to Live Oak in 1974 from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and was a member of Live Oak Church of Christ, Live Oak, Fla. She worked at Broward General Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale for 22 years and Potra- Medic Services in Jacksonville, Fla.

Mrs. Baker is survived by her daughter: Elaine Denise Kelly, Live Oak, Fla.; son: James Hale Baker, Jacksonville, Fla.; brother: Charles L. Bolton, Bolinggreen, Ky.; two grandchildren: Shannon Croft, Live Oak, Fla., Christopher Kelly, Kansas; three great-grandchildren: Curt Croft, Kara Croft and Lara Croft all of Live Oak. She was preceded in death by her husband: O.J. Baker.

Services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 23 at Live Oak Church of Christ with Mr. Bobby Harrell officiating. Interment followed in Live Oak Cemetery.
