VALDOSTA — The Donald Trump presidential campaign is coming to South Georgia.

The Valdosta/Greater South Georgia Trump Headquarters will hold its grand opening, 11 a.m. Saturday. The office is located at 3380 North Valdosta Road immediately past its intersection with Perimeter Road. Light refreshments will be served.

Barbara Schmader, Lowndes County Trump manager, will officiate the event.

“We’re getting enthusiastic support from voters all across Georgia and are excited to be bringing the Trump campaign to South Georgia,” said State Director Brandon Phillips.

The event is free and open to the public.
