Patsy Peters

Patsy Peters, 63, of Thomasville passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2016, at Grady County Hospital after a sudden illness. 

She was born on June 27, 1952, in Valdosta, to the late Eston and Betty Lou (Tomlinson) Peters. She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church. She loved watching her monkey in the window and listening to music in her room. 

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, D.E. and Lucille Tomlinson and W.R. and Martha Peters.

Survivors include: sister and brother-in-law, Tammy and Bro. Ellsworth Davis, Ray City, Pam Peters, Ray City; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins; niece, Sarah Pendergrass, Dasher, nephew, Larry Cone Jr., Tifton; special aunt, Joann Zipperer, Lake Park; and her Rose Haven family and Cairo Group Home family.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016, in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Cat Creek Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
