VALDOSTA — Tarantino Properties recently earned the CompassRock portfolio, receiving Arbor Trace Apartments and Brookstone Apartments. 

Arbor Trace Apartments is located at 1503 E. Park Ave. and has 300 units. Brookstone Apartments is located at 1106 Slater St. and has 30 units.

“Tarantino plans to retain all employees and keep operations seamless for both employees and residents at this community,” said Meghan Allen, business development.

The expansion covers 12 states with 38 new management properties in the multifamily division, including senior living. The new properties are located throughout the southern United States, specifically in Arizona, Nevada, California, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Oklahoma, Missouri, Louisiana and Virginia, according to Tarantino’s press release.
