VALDOSTA — Kristi Leigh Laster will become the bride of Jeffrey Louis Hill on October 15th, 2016 at The Rivers Farmhouse in Lakeland, Ga. 

The Bride is the daughter of Denise Wilson and Roger and Kelly Laster, all of Perry, Ga. The groom is the son of Jeff and Rachel Hill of Pavo, Ga.

The ceremony will be followed directly by a lively reception full of family and friends! Here is

their story…

We try to fill everyday of our life together with joyful noises, so it’s little surprise that music introduced us. In 2010 Kristi was DJ-ing at a radio station and set up an interview with a local band. Half the band flaked. But half of the half that came was Jeff. We started talking and chemistry bubbles bubbled, appropriate sparks flew, and a melody started to form. 

In January of 2013 the pair began officially dating and everyone around them uttered a simultaneous “Duh”. Kristi started cooking for two, Jeff started bathing on a regular basis, and Beebs was excited at the prospect of an extra pair of hands to throw his frisbee. Over the past three years we have turned a house into a home, our worries into hope, and our fondness into love. We’ve laid the ground work for a masterpiece of a life. It will be full of ups and downs, twists and turns, smiles and tears. But through it all we look forward to singing our song.
