Valdosta’s Malcolm Mitchell helped lead the New England Patriots to an overtime victory against the Atlanta Falcons.
Mitchell’s key receptions in the fourth quarter off the arm of Tom Brady helped propel the Patriots to the first overtime in NFL Super Bowl history.
New England won an unprecedented fifth NFL championship with the 34-28 victory.
