VALDOSTA — Poet, novelist and memoirist Kim Addonizio is scheduled to give a poetry reading 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, at Valdosta State University’s University Center Theatre.

Addonizio has written and edited numerous books, according to a VSU press release.

She has won awards from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Guggenheim Foundation, a Pushcart Prize, and a Commonwealth Club Poetry Medal, according to http://www.poets.org.
