HAHIRA — Valwood School has announced its Georgia Power Good Citizenship winners for the third quarter.

The students were chosen by their teachers for exhibiting character traits such as honesty, integrity, empathy for fellow students and respect for teachers and one another, according to a school press release.

First Grade: Grace Godbee, Sara Daugharty, Marli Kate Moorman, Harmon Sopt.

Second Grade: Rumi Garbett-Chaitram, Sophia Bajalia, Jack Lerstang, Bailie Murphy.

Third Grade: Jed Respess, Reed Broomberg, Elliot Thomas, Ethan Burnett.

Fourth Grade: Sienna Persaud, Sofia Paoletti, Grant Moss, Lauren Gee.

Fifth Grade: Ava Hurwitz, James Godbee, Elle Scruggs, Wesley Clark, MacKenzie Collins.
