MOULTRIE – The Georgia Recreation and Parks Association state tennis tournament ended Wednesday at Packer Park after 12 matches were completed Tuesday and the rains came.

With all the make-ups and scheduled play completed, Moultrie-Colquitt County won 11 divisions and took second in five. All champions and runner-up finishers received a medal.
