RAY CITY, Ga. — Richard Lewis and Toni Guess were united in marriage on May 27, 2017 at Camp JD Tygart, Ray City, Ga., with Pastor Mike Davis officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Diane Guess of Hahira and Dale Guess of Valdosta. She is the granddaughter of Julia Bass and the late David Bass of Hahira; and the late Joyce Ruis of Valdosta.
The groom is the son of Sue Boykin of Lake Park, Ga. He is the grandson of William Lewis of Palatka, Fla., and the late Mrs. Glennis Lewis of Monticello, Fla.
Music was provided by Demetrious Givens.
Matron of Honor was Serina Taylor of Hahira. Maid of Honor was Julia Joyce Guess of Lenox, Ga.
Bridesmaid was Julia Diane Guess of Lenox, Ga.
Flower Girl was Erin Taylor of Hahira.
Ring Bearer was Paul McMurray of Lenox, Ga.
Best man was Michael Hiers of Valdosta.
Groomsmen were Eric Hiers, Valdosta and Thomas Taylor, Hahira.
A reception was held at Camp JD Tygart Conference Center, Ray City, Ga.
The Bride is a 2006 graduate from Lowndes High School; 2010 graduate from Valdosta Technical College; 2014 graduate from Georgia Military College; and 2016 graduate from Valdosta State University.
She is employed by Wal-Mart Supercenter and Wiregrass Georgia Technical College.
The groom is a Lowndes High School graduate and is employed by Wal-Mart Supercenter.
The couple spent their honeymoon at Walt Disney World.
They reside in Valdosta.
