LIVE OAK — A Mayo man exposed himself to a minor in the Winn-Dixie bathroom Nov. 17.

According to the Live Oak Police Department, Joshua Redden Templin, 20, entered a stall next to the victim and placed his genitals under the divide and into the victim’s stall.

The report states the victim immediately left the restroom and notified his father.

According to the report, the suspect gave authorities both a verbal and written confession, stating he was “weak in the flesh.”

Templin was charged with lewd or lascivious exhibition to a person less than 16 years of age.
