HCHS graduation moving to gym

JASPER — Hamilton County High School’s graduation ceremony is moving inside.

The school has announced the commencement, which is tonight, will now be held in the school’s gym.

Students were given 10 tickets for families and friends.

Doors to the gym will open at 7 p.m. and each person must have a ticket to enter.

At 7:45 p.m., tickets will no longer be necessary and any open seats will be filled on a first come basis until the gym reaches capacity.

Anyone not able to enter the gym is invited to watch a live feed of the ceremony from the school’s auditorium.
