- Adrianna Saavedra connects on a hit for Branford. BHS swung the bats well against Trenton, but errors were the difference in Wednesday's game.
The Branford softball team defeated Lafayette 7-6 in eight innings on March 8. Adrianna Saavedra went 3-3 with three RBIs to help the home Buccaneers walk-off with a win in the rivalry game.
