WALB: Suspect charged with malice murder in Alapaha shooting

ALAPAHA, GA (WALB) — The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has identified the victim and the suspect in a fatal shooting in Alapaha.

According to the GBI, Patricia Michelle Deboyd, 26, died from apparent gunshot wounds on Wednesday.

The GBI said the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office received a call that someone had been shot around 3:10 p.m in the 1300 block of Highway 158 in Alapaha.
