VALDOSTA – Evangel Temple Church will hold its 21st Annual City-wide Passover Service, noon April 19. 

The church is located at 2045 Clay Road where Bishop Henry E. Wright II is pastor, according to church members. 

Guest speaker will be Pastor Saturn V. “Tina” Henderson of City of God Church in Richmond, Va.

Henderson was born in Valdosta to Elder Leon and LaVonia Henderson. She attended Valdosta State College where she studied human resources and business administration.

“She accepted Christ at an early age and has continued a strong love and relationship with God,” according to church members. “She has served the Kingdom as choir director, worship leader, evangelist and minister. This call led to her ordination as an elder in 2009.”

She currently serves as pastor of City of God Church in Richmond. 

“Because of her deep love for God’s people, her gainful employment as a human resources manager contributes to her motivation to build upon the lives of people,” church members said.
