The Lafayette softball team won its 14th straight district title and made it all the way to a state semifinal. 

The Lafayette High School softball team has advanced to the Final Four.

The Hornets defeated Hilliard 5-4 tonight to earn a trip to Vero Beach. LHS will face either Sneads or Holmes County on May 21.

In baseball action, Hamilton County was eliminated with an 11-1 loss to Williston in a regional semifinal.
